Hi Waves!

We are excited for our meet tonight. This is a home meet vs Dunmoor take 2! Please arrive at 4:15pm and be ready to warm up by 4:25pm. Please check the volunteer schedule once you arrive because some things have changed since the draft was sent out yesterday.

Tonight we will have Chick-fil-A Sandwiches for sale from 5:30-7pm and Marco's pizza from 5:30pm until we run out! Buy the Chick-fil-A while you can! We will also have our normal concession sweets and drinks. Please support concessions as this is how we earn money for our team and end of the year banquet!

Tomorrow morning will be a normal practice and you can pick up your ribbons starting at 8:30am.

Just a reminder that it is the expectation that all families (unless out of town or you have paid the $150 opt out fee) are available at each meet to volunteer. These meets take an enormous amount of effort and we have many jobs to be filled in order for them to run smoothly. We only ask that one parent volunteer and your volunteer shift is only half of the meet. We can't have swim meets without our parent volunteers! If you know you are not available to volunteer this season there is a volunteer opt out fee that you can pay. This fee helps cover the cost of paid positions for the meet.
