Hello Woodfield Families,

Please arrive at the pool at 4:15pm and we will warm up at 4:25pm. The weather looks a little iffy from 3-5 but please remember that you still need to show up at 4:15pm no matter the weather. If the weather worsens while we are at the pool we will decide, along with Lifetime, whether we are going to postpone, reschedule, or cancel. Right now, it looks like after 6pm weather is fine.

Brian Gore has generously offered to take sibling/group pics of kids before the meet tonight. Come find him before the meet starts - thank you, Brian!

Remember that we have the Urban Taali food truck from 5:30-7:30pm along with our normal concessions.

After the meet we are going to have another "after party" like last week. The kids, coaches, and parents enjoyed it. Parents can swim too!

Parents, quick reminder about questions regarding lineups and events kids are swimming. Riley and Jake have to adhere to a strict set of rules that ASA has in place about the number of individual events that each child can swim (relays do not count as individual events). They have done a really good job this year in following those rules AND trying to put kids in events that they want to swim, but it is impossible to comply with every request. So far this hasn't been an issue, but just a reminder that if you have a question, please try to wait until after practice to ask them. A text, email, or call is fine too and they are both great about responding right away. I can also help with questions, if needed, but ultimately lineup questions need to be answered by the coaches. They have quite a bit on their plate this week and next so let's all help them out where we can.

We are short on bullpens volunteers tonight so if parents of kids 10 and under could be aware of what your child is swimming and make sure they are ready for the bullpen parent to come find them that would be wonderful! Again, thank you to all parents for helping and volunteering so willingly each and every week!

Today is the LAST day we can accept entries for the ASA GA Tech meet. Please let Crystal or the Coach Jake/Riley know today if you want to swim! Also, if you haven't paid for your swimmers please bring money to practice tomorrow - thank you!
