Hello Woodfield Families,

It’s the end of February and as promised, registration is open! Please visit https://woodfieldwaves.swimtopia.com login to your account, and click on the registration link on the right hand side of the home page.

Here are a few little items to be aware of while registering…

• You will have the option to pay online with a credit card via our online payment system called WePay or you can bring a check to the registration event at the clubhouse on Sunday, April 14^th from 2-4pm. If we don’t receive payment until after April 15^th there will be a non-negotiable fee assessed by ASA which we have no control over.

• If you have younger children that you would like to sign up for lessons only, meaning they do not swim in any swim meets, you would choose non-competitive when prompted on the registration form. All other swimmers must be signed up as competitive and pay the ASA fees or they will not be able to swim in the meets. ASA is very strict about this. Let me know if you have any questions about this.

• Since we are a small team and the season is so short we cannot prorate the registration costs for the season due to vacations, camps, VBS, etc.

• If you know of anyone who lives in Woodfield or any of the neighboring communities and has swim team aged kids, please feel free to pass our registration info along to them. We are always looking for more swimmers, especially in the older age groups! Kids 13 and up are only $25 plus the ASA fees for the entire season!

• All swimmers receive a free t-shirt and there are sizing options that you can select while you register. Like last year, we will be offering t-shirts for parents to purchase and once we have designs finalized we will add those to the website.
