Hey Waves,

This is it, our first swim meet is this week. This email will be long but please read to the end because it is important.

- If your child is a competitive swimmer and will not be attending the meet or will be late to the meet on Thursday please RSVP NOW! Jake is going to start working on the lineup today and we need an accurate count of swimmers.

- New swim team parents, if Thursday is your first meet experience please come find me tomorrow during the 7-8/9-10 practice or the 6&u practice so I can go over some of the basics of volunteering. One parent from each family is required to volunteer during the meets.

- Volunteer assignments will be sent out tomorrow morning.

- Our meet on Thursday is at Chartwell please be there by 4:30pm. More info to come.

- Head Coach Jake and assistant coaches Emma, Jake H., and Julia, are available for one on one lessons after practice. I will post their info/rates at the pool tomorrow morning on the fridge and it is also attached to this email.

- The first Fun Friday of the season is this Friday! Our swimmers can come down to the pool at 9am to pick up their ribbons, have a donut, and free swim. Lessons will still be held from 9:15-9:45am. Free swim ends at 10:45am.

- I still have white tees ($15 - S, L, XL, XXL), blue tees ($10 - S, L, XL, XXL) and two tank tops ($10 L, XL) for sale! Also have some YS, YM, and YL in the kids shirts if you have a sibling that would like a team shirt - only $5 for those! Please come see me at practice if you are interested.

- Did anyone find a pair of new Nike slides at the pool last week (men's size 8)?

- Still looking for 2-3 parents to take over for me next year. The transition will be much easier if we can work through it during this season. Please let me know if you are interested!
