Hey Woodfield families -- a reminder that Coach Jake is holding a stroke clinic on Wednesday after practice at 11am. This is a great chance for your swimmers to get some highly focused individual instruction to help prepare them for the last meets and the summer. Coach Jake is a letterman on the Centennial Swim Team, and he'll help your swimmers level up in just one hour.
