Hey Woodfield families -- Meet #2 is almost upon us! A few quick notes:

-Please make sure to confirm your swimmer's status on Swimtopia by noon Wednesday. This lets our coaches make the optimal lineups and ensures we can create relays and properly fill out heats. Contact Coach Logan by email/call/text ([email protected] / 678-815-2057) or see him at the pool tomorrow if you have questions. 

-Our meet is AWAY against Chartwell, a close drive. Plan on arriving no later than 4:45 to give yourself time to park and find your way to the pool for our 5pm warmup start. Volunteer list coming soon. For now, here are details from Chartwell to help you:

Parking: Parking is available in lot, but at a minimum. Parking is also available on Rod Road but only along one side of the street (please note the parking signs). 

Food: Pizza, drinks, and concessions are available for cash/ Venmo -@CHAT_swimteam 

Other Details: Your team will be set up beside the tennis courts. No chairs, tents, tables, food, or drinks are allowed on the courts. Please try to keep swimmers on the sidewalks. Also, we ask that you please clean up after your team.
