Hello Families,

Everyone should check the volunteer assignments for the meet tomorrow night at Chartwell.  You can check by going on the website or app, clicking "Swim Meets" and clicking on "Job Signup."  Even if it says closed, you click on it to see your job.  Please review and email me ASAP if you see a problem.

Remember that if you have a swimmer competing in a meet, one person in your family is expected to work for one shift of that meet. 

It is very important to use the website to RSVP your swimmers for each meet.  The coaches need this information to create the line up and I use it to assign volunteers for each meet, as well.  You can RSVP for all upcoming meets and sign up for your preferred volunteer role now.
