Hello Waves families! The forecast isn't looking great tonight, but we're going to do all we can to get in as many events as we can. This is where we need your help! We need everyone -- swimmers, volunteers, parents -- to be ready to move quickly. 

Please arrive by 4:15 and have your swimmers ready to go in the pool at 4:30. If you're a first-half volunteer (especially timers, recorders and bullpen parents) be ready to start your job by 5pm. 

No guarantees we can get in most, or even many, of the events -- but if we have all swimmers at the blocks and all volunteers ready to do their jobs, we'll be that much closer. Reply to this email with any questions.
