A few items to touch on today.

1. Tonight's Pre-season parent zoom presentation PDF is posted as a file as is the recording. Go to the event to find the files for both of these. I've also attached the PDF to this email: https://woodfieldwaves.swimtopia.com/swim_meets

2. T-shirt/Tank orders are due tomorrow. Remember, swimmers already have shirts, but if parents, grandparents, siblings, etc want to support the Waves, this is a great opportunity. We will close orders tomorrow to ensure they arrive in time. 

3. First Dive is Tuesday May 14th! 4:30pm for 6 and Under swimmers. 5pm for 7 and up swimmers. All swimmers should come ready for the pool. Weather isn't looking great, but we will communicate as we get closer if plans need to change.

4. Any swimmer who still needs to try on a suit, we will have the fit kit at the pool on Tuesday for First Dive. 7 and up, come early to try on a suit before you get wet!

5. Volunteer Sign Up is officially open! Mock Meet and the entire season. Know the job you want to snag, snag it for the season! Want to try out a new job, sign up for mock meet and see how you like it. Many hands make meets succeed.

6. If you haven't already, please download the Swimtopia app, login, and allow notifications. These push alert notifications are a great way to communicate quick updates like weather delays or cancellations. Additionally, it's an easy way to declare your swimmer(s) available and sign up for volunteer shifts as well as follow the meets.
