Can you believe the last meet of the season is here already? Final regular season meet email is here. 

Location:
This is a home meet against Martin’s Landing! Yay for being home!

Concessions:
Our concessions will be up and running again with pizza, buttered noodles, nachos, and all the drinks and candy.

Additionally, Whit’s Frozen Custard truck will be at the meet around 5:30 serving up yummy refreshing treats! Be sure to check them out as well in the parking lot as 20% of the proceeds will come back to the Waves!

We once again will accept cards, apple pay, and cash.

Arrive/Schedule:
Swimmers should arrive no later than 4:15 (4 would be even better).

4:30 - Woodfield Warm Up
5:00 - Martin’s Landing Warm Up
5:15 - Judges and Timers meeting
5:30 - Meet Starts

Volunteers:
Stacey still needs a few volunteers. If we have slots unclaimed, we will have to assign to fill those spots. Home meets take more hands so it is all hands on deck. I know I heard several moms planning this morning what to sign up for, so let’s get those spots filled, please.

Theme:
The theme for this final meet will be RED-OUT. Wear your Red or Waves shirts to support the team.

End of Season Collection:
Katie Langston is again coordinating a collection for our hard-working coaches for the end of the season. If you wish to donate, please send via VenMo @Katie-Langston-5 or Paypal @KatieL706. She will also be at the meet Tuesday night and is happy to collect cash.

Banquet: 
There was an email this morning with more information about the banquet, but quick reminders. No Fun Wednesday in the morning, Banquet 6-8pm on Wednesday evening at the pool.
