Meet info
Our meet tomorrow is AWAY at Glastonberry (3550 Pairpoint Place, Johns Creek 30022). Swimmers should arrive by 4:30. Glastonberry has let me know they will have concessions including hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza, noodles and lots of candy a treats. They also wanted me to let you know they block off part of the street closest to the pool to reserve spots for coaches and the ref. Please keep this in mind as you try to find parking. As with any swim meet, don’t forget to bring an extra dose of patience and this week bring your walking shoes, too! J
I have attached the volunteer schedule for tomorrow’s meet. Many thanks to Laura Kufeldt for putting the schedule together again this week. We are trying to keep things as even and as fair time commitment wise as we can. Please look at the schedule as your “regular” job may have changed. In addition, if you have a child swimming in the meet and you aren’t going to be there to volunteer, please let me know ahead of time. It is hard to track down people to work in the middle of a meet. Thank you for understanding. In addition, if you aren’t on the schedule this week, you are on stand by and I may come frantically searching for you at some point to help with something. Other than that, please help the bull pen parents in your child’s age group by making sure your child is where they need them to be. Thanks!
If your child cannot swim tomorrow, please text me and Grayson ASAP (Grayson-678-764-2266 and Sara-678-910-9931). As of right now we know the following kids will not be at the meet:

Don’t forget to talk to your child about the upcoming ASA meet at Georgia Tech! All of the information was in the last email I sent and can also be found on the home page of our website. Please email Debbie Markland ([email protected]) with questions and to register your swimmer. The deadline to register is next Tuesday, June 20. We cannot accept late entries, so please email her if you are interested.
You will be getting an email invitation to our end of season party soon! Mark your calendars for Monday, June 26 from 6:00-8:00 at the Woodfield Pool. There will be food, fun and awards!
