We are looking forward to another great meet tomorrow night at Pinewalk (10750 Buice Road, Alpharetta 30022).  Please arrive by 4:30 to warm up and learn of any last minute changes.  The meet will start at 5:30.

 

I have attached the volunteer schedule for tomorrow’s meet.  Please take a look, but also double check the volunteer boards when you arrive as we may have to make changes.  I have also attached the Heat Sheet Cheat Sheet again, for those of you working the bull pen or who want to know what is written on your child's arm at practice tomorrow.  Many, many thanks to Erin Hall and Laura Kufeldt for handling the volunteer coordinator role!  This is a huge help to me!

 

Friday is our team picture day!  You will have the option to buy individual, sibling or team pictures.  Of course, this is not mandatory.  I have attached the order form from Photo Ventures to this email so you can see the options.  The schedule for Friday morning will be as follows: 

8:00--photographers will be set up and ready to begin taking individual and/or sibling pictures.

8:30—everyone who is present will be lined up for the team picture

8:45—photographer will continue will any remaining individual pictures

Free swim will begin after ALL pictures have been taken.  Doughnuts will be available to everyone after the team picture is taken, although if your child is still waiting to have an individual picture taken, they may want to wait.  In the past the line for individual pictures grows longer the closer it gets to 8:30.  If you come earlier, you will hopefully be done earlier!

 

Each year we honor our veteran swimmers with a special towel.  We acknowledge swimmers who have been on the team for 5, 10 or 15 years.  According to our records, the following swimmers will receive their towel this year.  Please let me know if you think we have made a mistake or if you want your child’s name written a different way than I have listed.
