Hello Families,

We are ready!  If your child wasn't at practice this morning and is swimming in the meet, make sure he or she checks in with the coaches as soon as you get to the pool to see what events to swim.  Arrive at 4:15!

I am attaching a Heat Sheet Cheat Sheet that I stole from another team's site (sometimes the internet is a wonderful thing).  If you are new to the bull pen or don't understand what is written on your child's arm, take a look.  It will either clear things up or confuse you even more!  Ha ha!  I will also have a copy of this posted on the volunteer boards tonight.  You can take a picture of it, if that helps.  

When you get to the meet, check the volunteer board for your assignment, make a nametag for yourself and get ready to cheer!!!  Let's be known as the most friendly and hospitable team in the league and cheer for ALL of the kids!  If someone is in the pool, I hope to have someone from our team cheering them on!
