Hi Fall Swim Families. I hope everyone is getting back into school and getting settled. I believe we have a few stragglers starting next week but most of us are getting back into the rhythm this week.

I wanted to remind everyone that meets are published to our swimtopia site and declarations are open. For those that are with us for the summer, you know how to do it, but remember to also select your 2 individual events when you register. For those who swim elsewhere for summer, if you need some assistance with how to declare in Swimtopia, please let me know. I know not all teams are using Swimtopia the same way, so we are happy to get you caught up. It is pretty simple. Again, be sure to pick your 2 individual events. Also, even if you’re not ready to pick events yet, please be sure to at least declare if you will be attending or not. It is especially helpful to let us know any meets you cannot attend so we know not to be bugging you for entries as they approach.

We also have just a few volunteer roles at each meet. Most importantly we need 4 timers at each meet. If you’re available to sign up for those slots, it is a huge help as well! 

Believe it or not, we are only about 10 days from our first meet. We need entries for that first meet by Tuesday night each week so the coaches can add relays and get it set in time for lineup transfers.
