Apologies in advance for this email being so late this week. I just got the warm up information from ASA this evening.

Location: Marist. 3790 Ashford Dunwoody Roaad Atlanta, GA 30319. When you enter campus, follow that main road straight back to the parking lot. The pool is up the slight hill between Centennial Center and Ivy Street Center.

Warm-up Time: Our warm-up is 8:40-8:55am in lanes 4-6

Arrival Time: With our warm-up beginning at 8:40, we would like all swimmers to be there by 8:20am.

Parking: The campus has great parking. Ideally you want to park in the lot at the back of campus by the gyms, but there is other parking on campus and cross-creek if it is needed. We are the last warm up so parking may be getting tight by then.

Concessions: They will not have concessions at this meet. Everyone is welcome to bring their own into the aquatic center.

Bullpens: Team Bullpens can be on the pool deck. Parents who are not volunteers should not be on the pool deck. There are stadium seats, but you can also bring your own chair and sit at the top of the stadium seating if preferred (or even outside if the weather is nice).

Ready Area: There is no ready area for this meet. We are responsible for getting our swimmers to the blocks for their events. Swimmers may enter the blocks from either side, but should exit going past the timing table.

Volunteers: We are required to provide 2 times for this meet. You’re welcome to split these shifts as well. Sign up is available on swimtopia or you can email me. Additionally, I’d like to have at least 1 additional adult on the pool deck to assist the coaches in supervision and getting swimmers to the starts.
