Hey parents -- tomorrow it all begins! Here's hoping your kids have a great time at practice and at meets. Remember: enter through the UPPER gate, leave through the LOWER gate.

Now ... time to step up. I'm going to need some help running the meets this year -- not as much as in previous years, but we'll still need parents there. Several parents have already talked to me about continuing their previous roles, which I deeply appreciate. 

For now, though: I need a VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR(S). This individual/pair will coordinate volunteers for the meet (starter, timers, etc.). There will be fewer roles this time around, but we still need people with stopwatches and clipboards stationed at the lanes. The Volunteer Coordinator will be responsible for filling those positions (via this mass e-mail and by twisting the arms of your friends) and will make sure we're good to go every week.
